degree must successfully complete units totalling 204 points, consisting of:
(a) Studies in information management and systems (108 points), including a
major study (three years of study in a single discipline), a minor study (two
years of study in a single discipline), and two additional first-year units.
Students will be required to overload by six points in each of years two and

(b) Studies in education (96 points), a series of units

employment laid down by the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
Generally, to qualify for a secondary teaching method in fourth year, a

discipline.
Progressively over the course, students will be completing more of the
education component, until the final year which will be entirely education,

Students will be required to complete projects related to their field visits.
The visits are an integrated part of work in the Bachelor of Education program.

will be offered at Clayton and primary units at Peninsula (except for EDF1301
