To complete the double degree in four years, an extra commerce subject must be
taken in each of the second and third years. These may be taken in first or
second semester, depending on timetabling and choice of subjects. Students who
do not wish to overload to this extent may complete the program in a fifth
year.
2. 2. In order to meet the prerequisites for methods and practice of teaching,
you need to include in your total program at least four economics subjects and
four accounting subjects.
The following tables summarise the prerequisites and corequisites for undergraduate subjects taught by the faculty on the Clayton campus. Details are included in the outline of each subject. Apart from the prescribed prerequisites and corequisites, students normally are expected to proceed through their degrees by completing first-year subjects before second-year, and second-year before third-year.
