DescriptionThe Indonesian studies program aims to develop students' knowledge of the broader social, political and cultural contexts that make up the Indonesian environment. It provides the opportunity for students to develop interests in a diverse range of fields and encourages students to engage with Indonesia and its people both in Australia and through in-country study. It is strongly recommended that students majoring in Indonesian studies complete a minor sequence in Indonesian language.
