Introduction to the faculty - Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences

The Monash Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences is a robust research and teaching network operating at campuses in Australia and overseas. With around 2000 staff, we deliver outstanding education in health, nurturing our students both as ethics citizens and as future leaders in their respective medical fields. We believe in equity and diversity, welcoming international students and fostering strong relationships with other universities in the Asia-Pacific region.

Our diverse postgraduate programs touch upon fields including biomedical science’s nursing, psychology, medical imaging and radiation sciences, social work and paramedic and ambulance studies.

These programs operate from various Monash Campuses – Clayton, Gippsland, Caulfield, and Peninsula – and include both research and coursework in on-campus, off-campus and combined settings that suit the lifestyles of busy health professionals.

The diversity of research disciplines in the Faculty is reflected in its school structure.
