This course has been designed to provide a comprehensive, intellectually demanding and up-to-date understanding of business and marketing concepts.
This course is offered on line and utilises a full range of media and computer technologies including the internet and virtual tutorials where students chat with each other and their tutor, use email, flexible delivery library facilities, print guides and CR-Rom. Students lodge their assignments electronically but will be required to attend an examination centre to sit their final examination for the unit.
Applicants need to have completed:
(Exit point: Graduate Certificate in Marketing)
Two compulsory units (12 credit points)
Two units (12 credit points) from the list of elective units
(Exit point: Graduate Diploma in Marketing)
NB Students who intend completing the Master of Marketing should seek to do MKF5200 and MKF5270 in their final year of study

Application procedures
Intake into the program will be in March and July each year. Applications should be made well in advance. Completed applications are to be forwarded to Department of Marketing, Monash University, PO Box 197, Caulfield East, Victoria 3145 by Friday, 19 30 November 2004. Applicants are required to submit a full CV and a letter of support from their employer with their application. Applications may also be submitted by mid-May for the July intake.
