Master of Public Policy and Management

Course code: 1065 + City campus + Normally three years part-time + Course director: Dr Ken Coghill + Total credit points required: 72 + Attendance not required

General course information

This course is designed for Australian and international graduates in the public and not-for-profit sectors or government relations areas of private organisations. The course focuses on understanding the policy-making and managerial processes of the public sector and will provide the conceptual framework and analytical skills to identify problems and analyse alternative solutions. It also focuses on understanding the political and social environment and provides expertise across a range of policy and management areas underpinning professional leadership in the public service.

Course structure

Part-time students should enrol in two units each semester. Full-time students should enrol in four units each semester.
