Negotiations may be made for formal articulation arrangements and may include provision for the admission of enrolment cohorts with ‘equivalent’ qualifications or experience. Students admitted under this provision are likely to possess a number of workplace-based training qualifications. Course structureStudents are required to successfully complete 48 points, comprising four 12-point units (consisting of two core and two elective units): Core unitsTwo core coursework units: Elective unitsTwo coursework elective units – taken from an area of study such as counselling, organisational leadership, work and learning that would extend mentoring and coaching capabilities in a particular field.
