It is ideally suited for industrial relations and human resources practitioners and for managers. It focuses upon the workplace whilst making the necessary connections with the broader institutional and legal framework. Credit for prior studiesCandidates may be eligible for credit for a maximum of one unit (6 points) if previous study is considered to be equivalent to particular units in the course of study. Credit is restricted to study undertaken in the last five years and must be approved by the program manager. Course structureStudents must complete four units (24 points) as follows: (a) three core units (18 points):
(b) one of the following units (6 points): Students who successfully complete the Graduate Certificate in Workplace and Industrial Relations may apply for admission to the Graduate Diploma in Workplace and Industrial Relations or Master of Workplace and Industrial Relations and would be eligible for credit for four units.
