Offered: Synopsis: Projects in contempory organisations. Project selection. The project manager: characteristics, responsibilities, techniques. The project team and its organisation. Project planning: budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation. Project management information systems: monitoring, control. Project auditing. Project termination. Information systems project management. Project management software aids.
