* Prerequisites: CHE3102, CHE3103, CHE3104, CHE3113, CHE4102, CHE4109, CHE4110 and CHE4114

Objectives The student is expected to apply a range of technical skills in process, plant and equipment design; to evaluate the design in terms of technical, economic, safety and environmental criteria; and to present the details of the design and its evaluation in a report of professional standard.

Synopsis A project performed by each student on the design and evaluation of a process plant for a specified duty.

Assessment Project: 100%
