It is ideally suited for industrial relations and human resources practitioners and for managers. Students who successfully complete the Executive Certificate in Workplace and Employee Relations may apply for admission to the Graduate Diploma in Workplace and Relations or the Master of Workplace and Employee Relations and would be eligible for advanced standing for four units.
