Synopsis: Individual behaviour in the organisation, including topics such as personality, perception, values and attitudes, socialisation and motivation. Group behaviour, including topics such as group structure and properties, group and team development, and leadership. Organisational analysis, including structure, design and culture. Organisational processes, including ethics and social responsibility, decision making, power and influence, stress and conflict management.

Assessment: On campus: Individual assignment (1500 words): 20% + Group presentation and paper (1000 words) : 30% + Examination (3 hours): 50%. OCL: Individual assignment (1500 words): 20% + Individual assignment (2500 words): 30% + Examination (3 hours): 50%.
