Synopsis: This unit will explore the issues surrounding the procurement and usage of technology within the retail insustry. Topics include retail management systems as a strategic tool, store systems technologies, supply chain, RFID, customer relationship management and future international technological developments for retailing.

Assessment: Assignments: 50% + Examination (2 hours): 50%
