Industrial project ( 6 points, SCA Band 2, 0.125 EFTSL)

Synopsis: Each student will be required to select a project from those offered, or subject to the course director's approval, nominate their own project topic. The project outcomes are to be summarised in a major report and a brief oral presentation.

Assessment: Practical work: 100% comprising: Written project proposal: 10% + Final report (max. 6000 words): 65% on Project work and Seminar presentation: 25%
