Course description

This course has been designed for persons who are working, or intending to work, in any area of industrial relations, management, human resource management or the management of people. It focuses upon the workplace and industrial aspects of industrial and employee relations and makes the necessary connections with the broader institutional legal and economic framework

Course structure

Students must complete eight units (48 credit points) from the following list:

In addition, students may select units from those offered by the Department of Management at other campuses.
Students who successfully complete the Graduate Diploma in Industrial and Employee Relations may apply for admission to the Master of Industrial and Employee Relations and would be eligible for advanced standing for eight units.
