PRM1412Printmedia practice and theory 2A (6 points)(A&D) Leader: To be advised
Offered: Synopsis: This subject develops the study of techniques including, but not limited to, the range of printmaking media, used for creative purposes. Investigation and appreciation of the place of these techniques in the breadth of current visual culture is central. Methods and materials will include basic lithography, photoprintmaking, and advanced etching techniques. Assessment: Folio 100%, including a mid-semester assessment of at least 20% of the final mark. Contact Hours: 6 points + 12 hours comprising 6 studio hours and 6 independent study hours per week + Second semester, Caulfield + Prerequisites: Passes in PRM1411 + Corequisites: OHS1000 + Prohibited combinations: FNA1502 and FNA1504.
