Prespecialisation nursing studies (6 points)

Synopsis: Nursing specialties including clinical, education, administration, scholarship and research. The evolution, issues and scope of the specialty in Australia. Exemplars of the specialty. Students complete a project related to their specialist stream that includes some fieldwork activities.

Assessment: Presentation/demonstration: 35% + Assignment: 40% + Examination 25%

Contact Hours: 5 hours per week

Prerequisites: NUR2103, NUR2113, NUR2104, NUR2105, NUR2303, NUR2304
