H Kreutz, H Heinze 6 points + 4 hours per week + First semester + Clayton + Prerequisites: GRN2315, GRN2325, or equivalent (to be determined after consultation with subject coordinators) + Prohibitions: GRN3315, GRN3515, GRN3615 Synopsis: Component 1: This subject consists of a variety of learning activities associated with a variety of discourse forms dealing with a range of topics including Germany after unification, commitment, the future (wishes, dreams, happiness). [...] Component 2 will focus on the highly productive artistic and intellectual developments in German and Austrian culture from the Fin du Siècle until the end or World War 2.
