3 points + 2 hours and 4 independent study hours per week + First or second semester + Caulfield + Prerequisites: APA1301, APA1406 + Corequisites: APA2303 or APA2304

Synopsis: Offered to students in architectural, kiln-formed and hot blown glass streams. The emphasis is on the acquisition of skills within the context of the theoretical framework laid down in APA2303. Studio sessions encourage group discussion of ideas as well as realisation of ideas through two-dimensional design and production of glass objects.

Assessment: Folio: 60% + Assigned projects: 40%
