Objectives Upon successful completion of this subject, students should have developed the practical knowledge and skills essential for planning and successfully implementing programs for individuals with special needs.

Synopsis This subject requires students to attend lectures and tutorials and to complete both practical and written assignments. This practicum will involve students in a minimum of fifteen days practical experiences. Topics will include principles and policies of inclusion, collaborative consultation, professionals as change agents, data collection and observation, goal setting, instructional strategies, adaptation of curriculum, and evaluation.

Assessment Written and practical assignments: 85% - Diary and evaluations: 15%
