Clinical studies 4

Objectives Through appropriate supervised clinical experience students will develop their radiographic and clinical skills in the examinations addressed in RAD2052, and in the imaging modalities included in RAD2011. Students will continue their professional development with respect to the radiographic examinations included in RAD1051, RAD1102 and RAD2041. Students will further develop their communication skills with both staff and patients.

Synopsis Paediatric radiographic examinations of the chest and abdomen and the musculo-skeletal system will be conducted. Participation in a range of contrast studies of the urinary and hepato-biliary system will also be undertaken. Students will record their clinical and professional development in a portfolio.
