Students who have successfully completed an APAC-approved degree with a 60-point APAC-accredited major sequence in psychology are eligible to apply for entry to a fourth year in psychology through an honours year or equivalent.

The course is delivered on-campus at Clayton over one (1) year full-time study.

Units

You must complete:

  1. the following units:
    • PSY4100 Psychology honours: Research project (24 points)
    • PSY4210 Statistics and research design for professional psychology
    • PSY4220 Ethics, legal and professional issues in psychology
    • PSY4270 Psychological assessment and intervention
  2. one elective from:
    • PSY4110 Psychology in society*
    • PSY4120 Mental health and illness
    • PSY4130 Developmental psychology and clinical neuroscience

    * Students at Malaysia must complete this unit.
