Objectives
Structure
This course consists of eight six-point coursework units*. A minimum of four units from the list of prescribed core units must be completed. The remaining units must be selected from the list of prescribed electives.
The units in the specialisation will be those which are specified from time to time by the faculty board on the recommendation of the Postgraduate Studies Committee of the faculty. * Candidates who do not have an undergraduate law degree from Australia should consider taking LAW7436 (Introduction to Australian legal process).
