Course objectivesThe learning goals associated with this course are to: provide managers and aspiring managers with an educational experience that will enable them to become outstanding leaders within organisations; develop knowledge and skills across a broad range of business disciplines to enable students to effectively manage and lead an organisation; develop specific knowledge and skills in marketing; further enhance communication, inter-personal, problem solving and critical thinking capabilities; describe and assess contemporary marketing thinking and concepts; analyse the influences on decision-making behaviour; develop the ability to plan, implement and control marketing strategy in a variety of organisational settings; formulate appropriate marketing strategies to achieve organisational objectives; acquire specific theoretical knowledge and applied skills in preparation for continued career advancement. Course structureCourse requirements(a) Students must complete 10 core MBA units (60 points) as follows:
