Course description

This innovative graduate diploma is being offered by the Faculty of Law in conjunction with the faculties of Arts, Business and Economics, and Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences. The study of regulation is a relatively new discipline which both links and transcends the boundaries between the disciplines of economics, law, politics, criminology, sociology, psychology, organisational theory and public administration. To date, it has been at the periphery of most of these fields. This course will provide practitioners and scholars in these fields with a core set of ideas, theories and skills to apply to their activities.
