Negotiations for formal articulation arrangements may include provision for the admission of enrolment cohorts with ‘equivalent’ qualifications or experience. Students admitted under this provision are likely to possess a number of workplace-based training qualifications. Course structureStudents are required to successfully complete 48 points, comprising four 12-point units (consisting of two core and two elective units). Students take two core units in Mentoring and Coaching, and two elective units from one of our three specialty streams; Work and Learning, Organisational Leadership, or Counselling.
