The course content focuses on an appreciation of the management role and the crucial contribution that managers make to organisational effectiveness. The course examines major theories and concepts concerning the behaviour and performance of individuals and groups in organisations. Moreover, it explores the importance of self-awareness, learning and learning styles, self-management and specific managerial competencies.
