Synopsis: This unit examines the process of organisation change within the theoretical frameworks of organisation culture, power and leadership. It examines the major schools of thought concerning the management of change, and analyses change processes used in organisations.

Assessment: Written (two assignments of 1500 words and 2000 words): 15% and 25% + Examination (2 hours): 60%

Contact Hours: 2-hour lecture and 1-hour tutorial per week
