Synopsis: As for JIT4731 with the addition that fifth-year students are expected to provide English-Japanese, Japanese-English consecutive interpreting with competency applicable to the workplace as an adjunct to their principal duties.

Assessment: One essay (3000 words): 30% + Mid-semester test: 20% + End-of-semester test: 50%

Contact Hours: 3 hours of workshops per week

Prerequisites: Completion of JIT4622 or JIT4621
