Caulfield Second semester 2005 (Day)
Synopsis: This unit will provide students with a further opportunity to build core skills and explore the practical aspects of systems development and the nature of the environment in which development takes place. It will provide an environment where the skills gained in other units can be integrated and consolidated to deliver a modular working system. Students will implement a solution for the case study introduced in Studio 3. They will build on the set of deliverables created, modifying them as required, developing further modules, integrating them with each other and with existing modules, testing, documenting and delivering the final application using web-based interfaces.
Assessment: Examination: 20% Other assessment modes: 80%; Individual and group protfolio assessment, Critical self-evaluation and team-evaluation.
