Course description

This course is designed to meet the needs and interests of leaders and managers of educational institutions, teachers, academics and personnel working in a variety of human service organisations who exercise formal or informal leadership responsibilities for the delivery of educational and related services.

Research thesis

The research core unit is a corequisite for the research thesis. It may be taken concurrently with the research thesis or completed prior to the commencement of the research thesis.
