Course description

This course offers specialised studies in banking and finance. This program has been designed to provide students with the conceptual and managerial decision-making skills necessary for effective management in the continuously changing domestic and international financial market environment.
The Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance recognises this program as satisfying the educational requirements for advancement to senior associate status. Prospective applicants should contact the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance for details.

Course structure

(ii) Four 9000-level units related to a finance discipline offered by the Department of Accounting and Finance, subject to approval from the course director.
Students who study AFX9641 must have an accounting background.
Students who successfully complete the Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance with an average grade of credit or above may apply for admission to the Master of Applied Finance, the Master of Business (Banking and Finance), or the Master of Banking.
