Synopsis: Counselling and communications. Patient compliance. Patient education. Social pharmacy. Illness behaviour. The placebo. Pharmaceutical care. Forensic pharmacy.

Assessment: Mid-year written examination (June) (1.5 hours): 40% + End-of-year written examination - Forensic pharmacy (2 hours): 40% + End-of-year open-book laboratory-based examination (3 hours): 20% + Dispensing: Students are required to reach a satisfactory level of competence in dispensing by the end of the course
