Synopsis: Projects and research management strategies. Research methods and their application. Visual communication (research) issues; users, clients, technology and production. Project management issues including contract law, contract administration, estimating authority approvals, cost planning, staff resource allocation, costing, and budget planning. Computer-based project schedules and resource allocation, time schedules, and critical path networks for sub-projects with multi-activities.
