Synopsis: As for SCY2041

Assessment: One essay (1750 words): 40% + Research report (1750 words): 40% + Test (1 hour): 20% + Third year students will be examined more closely on their ability to see global implications and impacts of the issues raised in case studies in the subject.

Contact Hours: 2 hours (1 lecture and 1 workshop) per week

Prerequisites: A first-year sequence in Sociology or permission
