Offered: Synopsis: Research methods and their application. Industrial design (research) issues: users, clients, technology, production and environmental issues. Project management issues: contract law and contract administration, authority approvals, cost planning, staff resource allocation, costing and budget planning. Computer-based project schedules and resource allocation, time schedules and critical path networks for sub-projects with multi-activities.
