Synopsis: Principles of management and professional issues applied to health care, especially organisational structures; political and economic processes and constraints; evaluation of leadership; teamwork and multidisciplinary decision making. Ethical and legal standards of nursing practice in clinical practice. This unit facilitates preparation and transition to practice as a first level graduate nurse.

Assessment: Examination: 50% + Assignments (2): 50%
