Synopsis: Students will participate in discussions, presentations and critiques of peers' suggestions and presentations. Cases describing e-business situations, problems and opportunities will be used to generate investigation of the e-business issues, topics and challenges facing managers dealing with the new economy. Managerial issues encountered in real e-business situations. Integration of theory previously learned with practical issues. Students will explore areas of e-business normally reserved for senior managers. Integrated approach to strategy, implementation, marketing, human resources, technology, record-keeping, investment and returns and basic business sense.

Assessment: Seminar participation: 25% + Presentation: 15% + Group assignment: 30% + Individual assignment: 30%
