Synopsis: Introduction to the development, implementation and evaluation of strategies with a logistics management emphasis in business to business and consumer markets. Case studies require working through issues of environment analysis, strategy design, objectives setting, strategy implementation and problem identification with corporate and functional implications.

Assessment: Research assignment (4500 words): 45% + Syndicate project (including class presentation): 15% + Examination (3 hours): 40%
