Synopsis: Context of recruitment, selection and placement processes in human resource consulting. Professional ethics and compliance with legal requirements. Appropriate methods for describing the job, attracting the right person, assessing applicants, shortlisting and selection. Issues and current practice and trends in recruitment and selection.

Assessment: Assignment one (up to 2000 words): 20% + Assignment two (up to 2500 words): 30% + Examination: 50%
