Synopsis: Theory of organisation change and development, the role of the change practitioner, change dynamics. Process of planned change - contracting and diagnosis, collecting, analysing and feeding back data, managing, evaluating and institutionalising interventions. Change interventions - people, structure and strategy domains. Integration - change and management, reframing, future directions, revision.

Assessment: On-campus: Individual assignment: 20% + Team presentation and report: 25% + Participation: 5% + Examination (3 hours): 50%. Distance: Two assignments: 50% + Examination (3 hours): 50%
