Synopsis: This unit introduces: a six-step problem solving model; tools for reasoning about the causes of a problem; tools for vertical and lateral thinking; Harvard Business School's Career Leader (http://www.careerleader.com); understanding and applying the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Keirsey Temperament Sorter.

Assessment: Two assignments: 50% each
