Synopsis: As for ENH2290

Assessment: Exercise (1500 words): 30% + Essay or practical exercise (2000 words): 40% + Class test (1 hour): 20% + Attendance and participation: 10% +Third-year students will be expected to show a fuller understanding of the theoretical and historical issues arising from the study of reading

Contact Hours: 2 hours (1 lecture and 1 tutorial) per week

Prerequisites: A second-year sequence in English or permission
