Synopsis: Organic chemistry, including reactive intermediates, especially carbocations and free radicals and organic; surface chemistry, including physical and chemical properties of surfaces; polymer chemistry, including the chemical and physical properties of common polymers; electrochemistry, including galvanic and electrolytic cells and ionic conductance.

Assessment: Examination (2.5 hours): 70% + Laboratory work: 30%
