Synopsis: This unit builds on the skills and understanding gained by students in Introduction to Ceramics 1. Creative problems in cermaics are investigated, strengthening technical and aesthetic competence. independent investigation and interpretation allows students to focus on technical and conceptual issues that lay the foundations for a more personal direction in their work.

Assessment: Folio: 80% Seminar paper: 20%
