The Postgraduate Diploma of Education (Information and Communication Technology in Education) is designed to meet the needs of teachers and educators who are interested in developing an understanding of learning technologies and their application to a flexible learning environment.
To be eligible for admission to the course, applicants must hold either an approved three-year bachelors degree and an approved fourth year of study, or an approved four-year bachelors degree, or have qualifications or experience considered by the faculty board to be equivalent to, or a satisfactory substitute for, the above awards.

Candidates who successfully complete the Postgraduate Diploma of Education (Information and Communication Technology in Education) may complete a masters degree by undertaking up to a further two units (including a research core unit).
The Postgraduate Diploma of Education (Information and Communication Technology in Education) requires a minimum of at least one year of full- time study and no more than three years of part-time study. Each of the units is one semester in length. The expected number of hours per week for a part-time student is 24.
