Synopsis: The international environment including international trade and investment, and the legal, political, cultural and technological contexts faced by internationalising organisations; forms of operations available to the internationalising organisation; the impact of the multinational enterprise; international strategic planning.

Assessment: On-campus: Individual assignment (2000 words): 30% + Written group assignment (4000 words): 30% + Examination (2 hours): 40%. Distance: Two written assignments: 60% + Examination (2 hours): 40%
