6 points + 4 hours per week + First semester + Clayton + Prerequisite: INM 2320 or equivalent + Prohibitions: INM2410, INM3410

Synopsis: Using contemporary materials selected from the print media, students are introduced to a variety of styles, including those of business, law, journalism and the environment/tourism, and then participate in structured workshops where appropriate terminology and structures are used. Model translations are made and oral presentations are given.

Assessment: Written (2000 words, English and Indonesian): 60% + Oral presentations and workshops: 40%
