Synopsis: The first lecture is devoted to a discussion on grammar points and idiomatic expressions. During the second lecture passages selected from literary prose and poetry are analysed and discussed.

Assessment: Written (750 words): 25% + Examination (2 hours) 50% + Periodic tests: 25%
