Synopsis: Legal incidents arising from the industrial employment relationship, including formation of the contract and its content, job description, confidentiality, restrictive covenants, discrimination issues, occupational health and safety matters, termination including unfair dismissal and redundancy.

Assessment: Research assignment (4000 words): 40% + Take-home examination: 60%
